This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Using Cypherdash means you agree to it.
1. Lawful use only
You may use Cypherdash only where crypto trading is lawful for you, and only in compliance with the laws and exchange rules that apply to you. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited activity
- Using the service for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
- Probing, scanning, or breaching security; bypassing rate limits or authentication.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or reselling the service without written permission.
- Uploading malware, or disrupting the service or its infrastructure.
- Connecting API keys that are not yours, or keys with withdrawal permissions enabled.
- Misrepresenting the service or making false performance claims as an affiliate or partner.
3. Fair use
Automated or abusive request volumes that degrade the service for others are not permitted. We apply rate limits and may throttle or suspend accounts that breach them.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, and where required report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
