1. How billing works
Cypherdash plans are prepaid in USDT for a fixed period (e.g. 30 / 90 / 365 days). Because crypto payments cannot silently auto-renew, there are no surprise charges: near the end of a cycle we send you a fresh invoice and you choose whether to continue. You are never billed automatically.
2. Cancellation
You can stop at any time simply by not renewing — there is nothing to cancel and no cancellation fee. A lapsed plan never force-closes your open positions; we just stop opening new trades on your account. Your access remains until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. Refunds
Subscriptions are sold as access to software for a fixed prepaid term and are generally non-refundable once the period has started, because access and signals are delivered continuously from day one. We may, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund in cases such as a billing error, a duplicate payment, or a sustained service outage attributable to us.
4. On-chain payments
Payments are made in USDT (TRC-20). Where a refund is approved, it is returned in USDT to a wallet you control; network fees may be deducted. We cannot reverse a blockchain transaction — refunds are issued as a new transfer.
5. How to request
Contact us within 14 days of the charge via the in-app support form or support@cypherdash.com with your account email and the transaction reference. We aim to respond within a few business days.
