Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 2026-05-29

Please read this carefully before using Cypherdash. Trading crypto-assets can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

1. Crypto trading is high-risk

Crypto-asset prices are highly volatile and can move sharply against you at any time, including overnight and on weekends. You can lose money rapidly. Nothing on Cypherdash is a promise or guarantee of profit.

2. Automation does not remove risk

Cypherdash runs a rules-based engine that scores the market and can place orders on your own exchange account. Software can be wrong, signals can fail, and market conditions can change faster than any strategy can react. Automated execution can also be affected by exchange downtime, connectivity loss, API limits, or data errors.

3. You keep custody — and responsibility

Cypherdash is non-custodial: we never hold your funds and your API key cannot withdraw them. That also means you remain solely responsible for your exchange account, your balances, your settings, and any open positions. We do not close positions on your behalf when a plan lapses.

4. No financial advice

Cypherdash provides software and information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and is not personalised to your circumstances. Consider seeking independent advice before trading.

5. Past and backtested performance

Any historical or backtested results we publish are illustrative, use modelled fees and slippage, and assume continuous operation. Past performance — real or backtested — does not predict future results. Real execution will differ.

6. Regulatory & availability risk

Crypto regulation varies by country and can change. It is your responsibility to ensure that using Cypherdash and trading crypto is lawful where you live. Access, exchanges, and payment rails may be restricted or interrupted.

7. No guarantee

Cypherdash does not guarantee any return, uptime, or outcome. You accept these risks when you use the service. See also our Terms of Service.
