Step by step

Connecting Your Bybit Account via API

Follow the phases in order — take your time, each one expands with full instructions.

Phase A: Creating Your Bybit Account (For Beginners)

If you don't have a Bybit account yet, click here to head over to Bybit.com and sign up. Complete your basic identity verification (KYC Level 1) and fund your account by depositing crypto or buying via P2P with local currency (e.g., PKR).

Phase B: Generating Your API Bridge Keys
  1. Log into Bybit. Hover over your profile icon in the top right corner and click API Management.
  2. Click the prominent orange 'Create New Key' button. Choose 'System-Generated API Keys'.
  3. Set API Key usage to 'API Transactions' and type a label name like CypherDash_App.
  4. Crucial Security Rule: Set key permissions to 'Read-Write'. Check the box for 'Spot Trading'. Leave 'Withdraw' completely unchecked.
  5. Complete your Google 2FA security prompt.
Never enable “Withdraw”. A key with withdrawal access is rejected by Cypher Dash — that's exactly how we guarantee we can never move your funds.
Phase C: Syncing Your Key Matrix with CypherDash

Your Bybit dashboard will display your unique API Key and API Secret. Copy them securely — then create your Cypher Dash account and paste them into the encrypted form inside your dashboard. We verify the key can't withdraw before storing it.
